Inverter technology delivers the most efficient and comfortable home. Sometimes called variable speed systems these machines are like having dozens of differently sized a/c units all in one. They have a variable speed compressor that incrementally “throttles” the power being used. Expect even temperatures, low bills, and extraordinary air quality.
Brennan G Upon arrival I was informed by Corey we need to install a 3kw heat kit and matching breaker. Other than this the install looks good and the equipment is working normally.
Today we returned to the home because the system stopped working again. The a/c unit is not working because of a failing condenser fan motor. The outside fan motor is overheating and seizing up. During my visit I was able to keep the unit running by removing the decorative motor cover. After getting the system working I found a refrigerant leak in the inside coil, the evaporator coil. This machine is nine years old and has had several repairs. The outside unit is not safely mounted because the wall stand is bending down. This unit can be repaired, but I encourage you to consider replacing the unit.
Replace defrost board. Unit os running.
Replace capacitor defrost board, high-pressure switch open jumped the board run for like 30 minutes and turn off again. Compressor is it hot turn the power front the main breaker customer paid in full. We need to return it tomorrow..
Completed, Installed new blower motor and module, system checked good and draining properly.
Installed new motor,and new motor is defective right out of box.
Need to order new blower motor ,gem air not answering phone,they handle nordine Mod#b6vmax36kb ser#b6d140500897 We replaced this motor last month,need to replace it again to see if defective or high static.
Repair Option changed out blower motor and module also cleaned the housing unit and squirrel cage collected balance of 250.00 dollars
Repair Option, Paid $500.00 cash,towards blower motor replacement.need to collect $100.00 more for warranty.
Today we visited to look at the opportunity to install a multi zone mini split system. There are three separate options to consider. 1. Two separate systems, a two-zone and a three-zone 2. A five-zone unit for the entire home. 3. One single three zone for only Mike’s side of the home. James will follow up with Mike after the options are designed and priced.
Preventive maintenance completed. Self rinse Eva coils, shop vac drain line. All electrical components and capacitor working properly. Recommend pull and clean blower wheel. 1 Time Maintenance

This machine uses a multi-speed indoor fan. Although it doesn’t allow for specific humidity control, it does provide great dehumidification. This unit is very adjustable allowing us to dial in the airflow and ensure quiet operation and great comfort.
